In the UK, landlords and housing agencies have a responsibility to ensure every property they let out has a gas safety check completed once every 12 months. Our engineers can even contact your tenants directly to arrange a convenient time.

 

After the check has been completed, we will ensure both you and your tenant have a copy of the CP12 (gas safety certificate) for your records.
